"I was only looking at the Sorento because my husband said I should compare three similar vehicles and take a test drive of each. I had already decided to buy a competitors vehicle but had to get the Kia. Best driving vehicle by far. When I saw Doc approaching I thought "Uh, I have to deal with a Salesman".
I was pleasantly surprisd when instead of the usual sales pitch, Dock very kindly started explaining the recent history of Kia as a company and which features he liked. Without pressure, I took the test drive, asking questions every moment. Doc listened to my needs and programed my favorite radio stations on the radio. He explained everything thoroughly. Doc is the best salesperson by far and should have his own dealership someday."
