"First, let me say I love my Kia!! It has just over 3K miles on it and it is fun to drive, is great on gas and has room for everything. I take my 17 year old niece to her musical performances with guitars, amps, mikes etc. and then throw in some kids!! All fit and each has fun.
My first service was coordinated by Dominick and he was great, getting me in by 4PM. He was very cordial and helpful. I am glad to be a KIA owner.

"Well....seems like Car Pros Kia needs to shape up their sales team really badly. We had a great experience last year when we purchased our car there. So not sure what had happened after that.
However, I have to give this 5 stars to their SERVICE DEPARTMENT. My car was not functioning normal and it would not start so I called their service department and talked to Troy. He immediately gave me the road side assistance # to call. The operator at the road side assistance center was very polite and thorough. Then, I received a text with the TOW service company information and estimated arrival time.
Tow service came in 40 minutes and the center called to follow up and make sure that the tow truck was there on time.
Then I got a call from Troy informed me about the condition of my car and updates of the issues. In a few hours time, I had received 2 calls from Troy with the updates and informed me that the car is ready.
Their service made my awful car problem not so awful....however, great service department will not generate sales for the company. Car Pros Kia needs to listen to the negative comments...they are the ones who can help you grow and improve."

"Car Pros Matched The Price For Me"
"From the other reviews, it seems like people have bad experiences with Car Pros Kia in Huntington Beach, but wanted to share about my positive experience in getting my new 2012 Kia Optima SX.
My situation was a bit different because I had been negotiating online through email with many different dealerships, and I had actually already decided to go with a car from another dealership. However, I was only in the area for a couple of days and the other dealership couldn't have an actual vehicle for me until a couple days later. So the day I got into the area, I called up Car Pros Kia. Mario was my sales manager and he told me he would match the other dealerships price and I could get the vehicle that day if I came in. So I went on over to the dealership, and about 2.5 hours later, I drove out with a brand new Kia Optima SX. He matched the price for me, and because the car at the moment didn't have a full tank of gas, he told me to come back in a few days after I use up the gas, to get another full tank of gas for free--which he honored, which is awesome.
Not sure what the experience would be like if I just went in without a quote already from another dealer, but my experience with Mario at Car Pros Kia was very good. They will try to use typical "sales tactics" on you, but you have to understand and know how to work around that."
