We hadn't bought a car in a very long time and Sue, Jasmin, and Lorenzo were just awesome. They made this experience very easy and delightful. They took their time to make sure we we understood everything. They made sure that they answered all of our dumb questions. I would rate this as being a 10, with 10 being the best.
