Aaron Ford is an outstanding service manager. He is polite, kind, and always has a smile. I asked him if I could inspect my car upon the rack. He politely said "no problem" and that meant a lot. He kept me up to date on it all. He was very polite and professional to me. I recommend Aaron Ford for a letter of recommendation per my request.
