I came in today in a very unhappy mood. When I told Alan my problem he immediately told me that we would take care of me. We talked with Zach and they told me to look over the cars in the lot and that they would do their best to make me happy. Well I can't believe my eyes. They allowed me to calm down and put us in a car of out choice and got out contact better than before. I will be sure to tell people how well I was taken care of. Thank you Alan and Zach.
