When do I get a survey so I can brag about how good your service department is? I bought a full maintenance package when I bought my new car in 2011 and your service department has been outstanding. My previous vehicle was a BMW, also bought new - and I thought BMW of Seattle had good service, and they do - but your guys are even better. I really appreciate such a top notch service department being in my backyard - and I am happy to refer you guys to my neighbors. In fact, I am amazed by how your employees go above and beyond in caring for my car, and finding things that need tending to, and do so with such a friendly and personable demeanor.  I actually look forward to coming in, which is kinda amazing, huh.  :- ) Thanks again, and Happy New Year to everybody in your service dept!
