Thank you for the nice email. As I'm sure your aware dealing with "used car" salesmen can be frustrating and a less than pleasant experience, similar to having a root canal.... Due to my past experiences I was not prepared for the all-around good experience I had at Car Pro's.
Your salesman Sean McCarty was a breath of fresh air. Attentive, professional and he actually listened to me and addressed my wants and needs. Sean took me under his wing and showed me only what I was interested in -- "Kia Soul's".
He gave me free reign to explore your inventory, drive any car I wanted at all three of your car lots, never pressuring me in anyway to settle or compromise my wants or needs. I actually apologized to Sean for using so much of his time.
In the end I not only bought a Soul but one I feel I would be happy with and with luck will enjoy for years to come. Sean did a fine job bringing this all together. I wasn’t looking forward to actually sitting down and doing the deal... but even that went well. No trying to squeeze the last dime out of me. Quite the opposite. With the pricing posted and clear to see on the cars he asked what it would take to buy this Soul.
In trying to be the "informed consumer" it was clear your pricing was competitive in the market. With a little give and take on both sides the deal was done.... Kudos to Sean and your support staff for make this a pleasant, if not almost enjoyable transaction.
