I recently had my 2013 Kia serviced it was my third visit to Car Pros Kia Tacoma.  Helen Kashay once again provided my customer service.  She is an outstanding asset to your organization.  I have worked in Human Resources for more than 20 years and finding employees that can mix friendly service with the ability to act quickly and get things moving is not easy to find.  Helen has done that each time I have visit the service department.  Truth be told every service person I have had contact with from your organization has been outstanding.
