This is to confirm my appointment for initial service for
my new KIA Reo tomorrow, Friday 9 March at 0800. Although
I have yet to visit for service at Car Pros, I want to
tell you that I am very impressed by the level of service
I have received as a customer.
The level of service is what I imagine I would expect as a
buyer of far more expensive vehicles. First, the welcome
messages from you. Second, the upcoming maintenance clinic
for new owners. Third, the very gracious service writer
named Helen with whom I spoke yesterday to schedule my
appointment. Fourth, the reminder phone call
yesterday about my appointment-just as do the better medical providers! And,
finally, your email reminder this morning.
Thank you one and all, at Car Pros specifically and to KIA
generally, for treating the entire design, manufacturing,
sales and service concepts with such superior planning and
execution. The vehicle is technically superb. The engine
and manual transmission are fantastic! I am delighted by
the entire experience thus far, from Peter Schreyer's
design to your management of the service follow-through.
Please convey my respect and regards to all concerned. I
look forward to visiting Car Pros tomorrow!
