"I had a great experience while being in the service department trying to get my Kia Optima serviced. The front desk personnel was friendly and curtious the mechanic drove the car around and told me everything that I needed to know about the Turbo engine and why it does what it does. At the end, they even offered me a free car was. I had such a great experience."
