"Yesterday my car was running low on Trans oil and my car would barely move while sitting in traffic. I have an old Kia 2003, so this was bound to happen sometime. My fiance called Kia in Huntington Beach and talked to Troy in the parts department. He told my fiance to send me over to get the special trans oil I needed and he would take care of me. Sure enough I pulled up, walked in and Troy was sitting at the front desk. He took 150% care of me. He not only put the oil in my car, he gave me one free trans oil cartridge on the house! Because my car needs a new transmission, he told me what i needed to do to maintain and get by until I could afford a new transmission. He was very helpful and friendly. The whole staff sitting up front was very friendly! I would for sure give them a 5 star rating and take my car back to them. They were very very nice! Thanks Troy and all of you at Kia in Huntington Beach!
