"After a lengthy telephone conversation regarding what I thought were my car's needs and my concerns, David immediately scheduled an appointment to address them. He made me feel assured that the service dept would thoroughly research my concerns and check for all servicing needs. David listened upon my arrival refarding my financial concerns regarding servicing and pointed out the company's pay program. I did decline at the time but may use in the future. He automatically scheduled my next service date before I requested. I am extremely happy."
