"Had a bad experience last time in your service department, with old management and mechanics, however, because we were assured John Orlando would work on our car, we gave Car Pros another shot, and glad we did. Wow! We are glad John is still with the organization and we are confident with his work as a qualified mechanic. We miss some of the previous personell, however, we are glad you retained Mr. Orlando. We will keep coming back as long as one person we know is there.
