"I was on my way to purchase a different vehicle when I happen to drive by Car Pros in Burien. I pulled in to quickly check out Nissan vehicles before moving on to make an offer elsewhere. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful as I test drove a few vehicles. I worked with Shanti who was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He did not try to pressure me at all; in fact when I told him I was on my way to make an offer on another vehicle, he mentioned the merits of the that vehicle while at the same time explaining the benefits of the Nissan Rogue. That was the best part of my experience with Car Pros and Shanti in particular. No pressure, just an honest discussion about the various vehicles I had been considering. He also introduced me to the service advisor, the parts staff, and others and I realized that there was more to Car Pros than just selling a car. This was about relationship and customer service.
I left the lot later that day in my brand new Nissan Rogue, knowing I made the right decision. I can't say more good things about the professionals at Car Pros other than later in the week I bought some all-weather mats and Shanti installed them for me - that's service folks!
