"When JR call me from Internet lead, he is professional and honest sound amd eme to continue talk with him and after few questions and answer I decided to stop shopping other Kia dealers as well as the dealer I purchased three Kia from before. He helped us make purchase over phone without seeing him or the dealership; we only came in to sign and pick up our new car same day only trust and honesty can do that.
