We have had a very positive experience w/ Doc. The entire sales department has gone out of their way to make this a positive experience. The first car we bought had a problem w/ it and once it was determined to be unrepairable, Doc and the Sales Department wored w/ us and we were able to upgrade to a better midel for our inconvenience and troubles.
